Have you ever thought there should be a way to Honor & Remember Fallen Police Officers? On Facebook there are many ways to do just that. One of the ways is to "WEAR BLUE every Saturday for Fallen Police Officers" - https://www.facebook.com/BlueSaturday4FallenOfficers
"Blue Saturday" was created to pay Honor to Fallen Police Officers by wearing the color BLUE every Saturday after I attended the funeral for Fond Du Lac Police Officer Craig Birkholz in the Spring of 2011. His funeral was on a Saturday in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Seeing all of these Men & Woman standing there, gave me an idea.. What if we could Honor ALL Fallen Police Officers in our own way? A simple statement of Wearing BLUE on Saturday's..
It is a simple way to pay our respect to these Men & Women who lost their lives protecting us. Lets stand together across the USA and show our support for ALL fallen Police Officers.. Let's be sure to wear something BLUE on EVERY SATURDAY to Honor someone who gave their Life in order for many others to be safe. These Men & Women go to work every single day knowing that day may be their last.
"They are the 1st responders before the 1st responders.. They are the ones coming through pouring rain and falling trees.. They are the ones charging through that door, not knowing what is on the other side.. They are the ones who jump into freezing water to save you.. They are the ones who will do anything, including laying down their life, just for you.. This is why we Honor & Remember Fallen Officers with this page.."
